Amendments/Cancellation Policy

All accommodation reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit/debit card at the time of booking or the reservation will be automatically released.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please let us know no later than 7 days before the day you are due to arrive.
In the event of non arrival (No Show), or, amendments/cancellation with less than 7 days notice, the full value of the booking will become payable.

For Group Bookings ( ie Bookings of 3 rooms or more ) the following policy applies:
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please let us know no later than 28 days before the day you are due to arrive.
In the event of non arrival (No Show), or, amendments with less than 14 days notice, the full value of the booking will become payable.
